Was my order successful?

Once we receive your order, we will automatically send you an order confirmation via email. Please also check your spam folder.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay
  • Credit Card
  • Paypal
  • Klarna (Pay later with Klarna)
  • EPS (Austria)
  • iDeal (Netherlands)

Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve any of our items.

Shipping

When will I receiver my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. The delivery time varies depending on the delivery location:

  • Orders within Germany usually arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders within the European Union (EU) usually arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders within Europe (non-EU) usually arrive within 5-14 working days.
  • International orders usually arrive within 7-21 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, customs clearance or local shipping carrier services.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship to the all countries within the European Union (EU), as well selected international destinations. You can find all our shipping destinations here. If your country is not on this list please contact us, we will try our best to make it work!

Which shipping provider do you use?

We currently only ship via DHL.

How can I track the status of my delivery?

As soon as we hand over your package to our shipping provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email which will also contain a link to track your shipment. For this, please also check your spam folder.

Do you guarantee the authenticity of your products?

Certainly. Every item is carefully authenticated before being listed. With many years of hands-on experience with used designer pieces, we have developed a deep understanding and trained eye of the craftsmanship, materials, and subtle markers of authenticity.

Our items are acquired through a network of trusted brand collectors and other carefully selected sources. Regardless of its origin, each item is examined with the same attention to detail – allowing you to shop with complete confidence.

Does every item come in a dustbag or box?

Brand-specific extras such as dust bags and boxes are always mentioned and/or shown on the product page if available. For bags and shoes that no longer come with these additions, we provide our own cotton dust bags or sturdy boxes. Every order is securely packaged.

I am looking for a specific designer piece, can you help me?

Absolutely. With our experience and refined understanding of the market, we are confident we can help you find the item you are searching for. Our Personal Shopping Service will be available soon.

Returns

How do returns work?

Customers from Germany and other EU-countries can return their orders within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@eurogalleria.com within this 14-day timeframe. After notifying us of your return, you are required to send the item back within 14 days. 

Please make sure that the goods are in the same condition in which you received them. Please do not remove the label attached to our items if you wish to return them.

You are responsible for the shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund for a return?

Refunds are usually issued within 2–3 business days after we receive your return. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds are always made using the original payment method.
