Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from Germany via DHL and DHL Express. We ship to the all countries within the European Union (EU), as well selected international destinations. You can find all our shipping destinations here. If your country is not on this list please contact us, we will try our best to make it work!
As soon as the package has been handed to our shipping carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number via email.
Delivery times
DHL Express is available for all destinations and will always be quicker. Express delivery times and rates can be seen at the checkout.
DHL Standard:
- Germany: 2-4 business days
- European Union (EU): 3-7 business days
- United Kingdom (UK): 5 - 8 business days
- Rest of World: 7-21 business days
- US Orders get shipped exclusively via DHL Express and usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, customs clearance or local shipping carrier issues.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order as well as the delivery destination. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply for deliveries outside the European Union. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Switzerland: We strongly recommend using the service from MeinEinkauf.ch to order without customs duties or import taxes. The process is very easy, clearly explained on their website, and has received great feedback from our Swiss customers.
Undelivered parcels
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or absence of the recipient, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to discuss further steps to resend your order.
Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? Customers from Germany and other EU-countries can return their orders within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To start a return, please contact us at contact@eurogalleria.com within this 14-day timeframe.
In accordance with our return policy, returns for orders outside of the EU are not accepted, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Please make sure that the goods are in the same condition (unworn, free of odors, stains, or alterations) in which you received them. All extras that came with the goods (shoe boxes, dustbags, tags etc) must also be included in the returned package. Please do not remove the label attached to our items if you wish to return them. We also ask you to package the items safely so they will not get damaged on their way back to us.
Refusal of delivery
If a delivery is refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, we unfortunately have to deduct any return shipping costs, original shipping charges, and customs-related fees from the refund.
Refunds
Refunds are usually issued within 2–3 business days after we received your return. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds are always made using the original payment method.
