Please note: We primarily offer pre-owned or vintage items that may show minor signs of use. These are always visible in the pictures and (if necessary) highlighted in the final images. Each item undergoes at least basic cleaning, always including the disinfection of shoe insoles as well as the handles and frequently touched areas of bags.

If needed, premium leather items are treated using professional care tools to help preserve their quality and longevity.

Brand-specific extras such as dust bags and boxes are always mentioned and/or shown on the product page if available. For bags and shoes that no longer come with these additions, we provide our own cotton dust bags or sturdy boxes. Every order is securely packaged.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. For our first drop, please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

The delivery time varies depending on the delivery location:

• Orders within Germany usually arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch.
• Orders within the European Union (EU) usually arrive within 3-7 working days after dispatch.
