Each item undergoes at least basic cleaning, always including the disinfection of shoe insoles as well as the handles and frequently touched areas of bags.
If needed, premium leather items are treated using professional care tools to help preserve their quality and longevity.
Brand-specific extras such as dust bags and boxes are always mentioned and/or shown on the product page if available. For bags and shoes that no longer come with these additions, we provide our own cotton dust bags or sturdy boxes. Every order is securely packaged.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. For our first drop, please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
