Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from Germany via DHL or DHL Express. We ship to the all countries within the European Union (EU), as well as most international destinations. You can find all our shipping destinations here. If your country is not on this list please contact us, we will try our best to make it work!

As soon as the package has been handed to our shipping carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email.

Delivery times

DHL Standard:

  • Germany: 2-4 business days
  • European Union (EU): 3-7 business days
  • Europe (non-EU): 5-14 business days 
  • Rest of World: 7-21 business days. 
  • US Orders get shipped exclusively via DHL Express and usually arrive within 3-5 business days. 

DHL Express is available for all destinations and will always be quicker. Express delivery times and rates can be seen at the checkout.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, customs clearance or local shipping carrier issues. 

Non-EU orders

Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply for deliveries outside the European Union. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. If a delivery is refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, we unfortunately have to deduct any return shipping costs, original shipping charges, and customs-related fees from the refund.

Switzerland: We strongly recommend using the service from MeinEinkauf.ch to order without customs duties or import taxes. The process is very easy, clearly explained on their website, and has received great feedback from our Swiss customers.
